This Two Day screen printing class will prepare you for the Apparel Decoration Industry

Did you know that most screen printing classes are offered by screen printing supply companies.  Most of them do provide some useful information but at the core, the classes are designed for you to purchase their products.  The classes here at Mesh Count Studios are designed for those going into business for themselves.  We have no skin in the game about what brand of products you use, or specific brands of equipment to purchase.  Our goal is to equip you with relevant information that will enable you to setup and maintain a successful business.

Maybe you are looking to enter into the screen printing industry but do not have a clue where to start. Or maybe you are an experienced screen printer who needs to overcome technical problems that occur in almost every shop. Regardless of what your place in the apparel decoration industry is, this training class will be a perfect fit. In addition to the fundamentals, you will learn about common problems that can result in frustrating months of wasted time, money and supplies. This training program offers the most effective methods and advanced industry tips and techniques that will benefit every shop.

• Introduction to alternative apparel decorating techniques, including DTG (direct to garment), DTF (direct to film), and others
• Basic business model subjects including: starting a business, promoting yourself, finding customers, marketing, pricing, and day-to-day business operations

Students will need a laptop (tablets will not work) with the latest version of Adobe Illustrator software installed, tested and functioning. We will not have the time to load software during class, so please make sure it is done prior to class and verify that your device has the necessary requirements to run the software. Cancellation Policy: Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 3 weeks prior to the class date. If you cancel within the 3 weeks, you may reschedule for the following class that has availability or choose to receive a credit towards a future class. Cancellations within 24 hours will not receive a refund or credit.

Classes will begin at 8:30 am and will end at 5 pm, with a 1 hour lunch
